Ports

I open my ports, and then I check if they are open.. but they are not, what is the problem?

Maybe you gave it wrong local ip address

I'm having the same problem.

Ports 7171 and 7172 are forwarded. local ip 192.168.1.100 using both protocols and it is enabled.

when I go to canyouseeme.org and it says its blocked

Do not port forward 3306.

You only need to port forward TCP. Not both.

Skype might occupy port 80.

Check firewall, check antivirus, confirm that the local IP address actually is correct.
(and by the way, theres no need to hide your local IP address, it can only be accessed through LAN anyway.
