Yes, you need the port 80 for your Apache HTTP Server only if you want run ur server in MYSQL

Yes, you can run your server using sqlite without problems, but if you want to start a website need to open port 80 on your computer, if you use router, you could go to google and find a good tutorial on how to open ports on your router model.

Yeah, I have no problem with opening ports.
The place where the server is getting hosted has post 80 currently being used.

I have set up the server openeing ports 7171, 7172, and 3306.
For SQlite is there any other port I need?

For sqlite you only need open the game ports
