Possbile to get a 10.77 map?

Hello fellas, I'm currently on the lookout for a 100% fully working 10.77 map with quests, monsters, npc's etc working.

A RL map is fine but any map will do it atm aslong as the map ain't just a bunch of portals to random places.

Is it possible to get some1 to do this for free? if not, what's the price for it?
