Well I got some problems with my map so Instead of fixing every depot in the RME map editor I wonder if I can delete / change the one ID example wall to make it look like ex. wooden floor?

Ofc you can but you need custom client and it's much work.
You should do an source edit and remove the items.otb check so you can use new otb + update your map with RME.
