Im also using Ubuntu ^^ but on dual boot becouse i cant get photoshop to work on ubuntu :mad:

I can't use any desktop effects yet, my video driver conflicts with something in Ubuntu. So I can't turn it on. (Damn Korn who made me switch drivers)

Hoping it'll be fixed in 8.10 Intrepid.

Which graphic card do you use, and which driver did you switch to? Ubuntu finds the best one for your card so you shouldn't switch driver...
 
Oh xD, it's not the real "Aleria" spawn file...

That's when I was making the island for Aleria ;>.

So my map was called Aleria :p, then I changed it to Arkeria :).

But I have the files there xd...

That island is now a continent XD!

I upgraded to 8.10 BETA and now it works again. I switched to the envyNG drivers, since the current drivers didn't work too well. (AND because Kornholijo thought that I should) ...
 
I got a whole package with awesome Backgrounds now , Here is another example which i really love.

Im not sharing all with you but if u need a good wallpaper just tell me which colours it should have and i gonna look if i got something like u want.
The wallpapers are just awesome ;)
