postman mission quest! help

hey im trying to get my postman script to work. The NPC "Kevin" spawns and you can join the guild and become a member. When you will do first mission traveling to Carlin>Edron>Venore>Cormaya, when you have done all this and you go to kevin and say "Mission". He wont respond..

HELp
