TFS 1.X+ Potion delay problem

The delay for potions is set to 1 second as it should be but somehow it doesn't always work to use potions every 1 second, there is some kind of a delay so it only works each 2 second. Any suggestions?

What would I change it to? Because it sometimes works 1 second delay but mostly 2 seconds :S

is timeBetweenExActions 2000?

The dev speaking now - The timeBetweenExActions is set to 1000, timeBetweenActions is set to 200. It seems as such that when people spam the potion is when it usually exhausts you. Other than that, could it have anything to do with normal attacks?

Currently using TFS distro 1.2.

After further investigation I've concluded that it was just a trick of the mind, it is indeed ~1 second between each use.

Reopening - It wasn't fixed. It seems to intermittently work. Sometimes it takes 2 seconds between each, sometimes 0.5 seconds (currently timeBetweenExActions is set to 0.5 seconds). What in the forked quorn can this be?
