Potion stacking in 8.54

Hi.

I'm looking to create a stacking potion system for my crying damson 0.3.6 pl-1, that would work like tibia 8.6 on live servers.

I wonder now, how would I go about doing that?

It requires editing items.otb, Tibia.dat and of course the potion script.

1. Open your Tibia.dat, search potion -> press attributes, check -> stackable
2. Open your items editor, load items.otb -> click : Reload items attributes, than save your new items.otb to your ots directory
3. Open your potions script than, search -> doRemoveItem, and if you got something like this: doRemoveItem(cid, 8384) add ,1 after that: doRemove(cid, 8384, 1)

It can also be done useing globalstoragevalues linked to the potions uniqueid although you wouldn't have a number in the icon stating the stacks nor would you have increased weight (although can be scripted)

Why wouldn't unique id's work? They can only be used once per item and don't they stay the same after logging out etc?

No, that only happens for standard uids (between 0 and 65535).

Isnt the script already made? Just copy it and change the tibia.dat?
