Ppl cannot conect to my server!

Hello, look I have 7171 ports opened im 100% sure about that, ppl with the same internet conection that me (speedy) can conect to my server, but ppl with other service of internet cannot conect to my server, they can enter to the char list , but when they press acept, it says tiemout conection error (10060) here is My otserv ip r0xot.servegame.com look what happens =/ Plx help is really urgent!!!!

PD: My ot is hosted in otservlist so, the ports are opened.

Then enter config.lua

And write the correct IP there.

What Is My IP Address? - IP Address Lookup, Internet Speed Test, IP Info, plus more > copy the ip number it tells you > go to your config.lua > look for the area, "Server ip or something like that > and paste them in there.. remeber to on paste it between the quotation marks
