did he hack your database?
Have you got a __firewall__?
Have you got a __database password__?
Have you got a __secure aac__?

I don't unterstand how people getting hacked.. To protect your database close your mysql port and just allow a connection from the localhost and he won't be able to access your database, not even if he got the password.
And about your server (including data folder).. thats impossible to get them without a remote control.
