Same problem.

Just came across this problem. This error happens when you compile vcpkg libs with vs19 and use vs17 to compile tfs. Open the project in vs19 (open with visual studio 2019) or uninstall vs19 and reinstall all your vcpkg libs, so it chooses vs17 as compiler.
