i need help i have search but can someone only say how

IF u're using sql..
create a char on ur ot, go to ur database -> player -> the created player -> change his group ID from 1 to 7 and login witht that player, should be GOD then

Also change the name, if you'd like to.
I bet you sqlite, use sqlitestudio to do that.
There's no such thing as PLAYERS folder like many may think.
It has been removed like 90 distros ago.

This is what u do:
Open players folder>Your GM char(open with notepad,microsoft word...)>Ctrl+F and write access.between the speech marks u have to put 3 instead of the other number that appears first.>Then look for look type for GM outfit and put this from <look ... |to| 0" /> (addons):
