2. If i wanna buy premium the promoter say: You already promoted

Are you sure that it's added in the mapeditor? Since depots work fine for everyone else.

Well, make sure that you have set the depot ID to every chest in that place other than "0" and actionID on the tile to get quantity of items in it, there was a bug with RME which reseted/setted/disabled/killed/murdered/assassined/rebooted the depots, but its fixed.
