Problem installing GESIOR AAC 2012 for TFS 1.0

Hi guys, I'm new to this world and I'm trying to install this GESIOR AAC on my local environment for testing purposes, but I'm not able to, I'm getting an error: "Deprecated: Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated in line 34"
I could make this work before some days ago but I uninstalled XAMPP and reinstalled, when I tried to install the GESIOR AAC again I had this error message.
How could I solve this problem?
