Problem logging in

i can only load the website half the time, and i can never log in it just stays at loading your character list please wait? is the server offline or something?

No, the server isn't offline. Check your firewall or it's just your internet conection like this.

I can login in-game without any problem.

Same was happening to me. What I did is unplug my net router and wait for 1 minute then plugged it back in and it fixed me
