problem, my pvp-enforced not getting exp

Well i got tfs 0.2.13 and i put pvp-enforced and when im kkilling another char im not getting exp not even if he is higher than me, hwo can i put them to give exp?

Search for this line at the config lua and edit the values to your exp rate.
