Problem Ports (Im new)

I cant open my ports for tibia, I already saw like a hundred tutorials and I did everything they told but I dont know why my ports still close. I already put my ip unique, and login into my router and add the servcice and put the ports 7171, 7272 i dont know what else i need to do

Do you have any firewall enabled that might block the connection?

The game port is 7172 not 7272 by default.

I have never try to login but I check my ports in a webpage and its says that my ports are close
