Solved Problem shutdown server

Hello guys after global server save when the server shutdown its says
shutdown done.
but the server its closed but no exit so the restarter can't open it again so how can fix it? thanks

well you could just schedule it to restart when you wake up and just do it manually. otherwise you'll have to use some sort of external program

and what program exactly i can use because i got a restarter but the restarter can't work if the server don't exit after shutdown

Bump! i want to know exactly, so when server shutdown, they never exit? because i need when server make server save and shutdown then exit so my restarter can open it again but if that only shutdown and no exit , the server never will be open again >.< idk if someone understand me because my english its bad
