Windows Problem sql by ping

Well, as the title says I am having ´problems with my sql because of someone is attacking me with ddos:

First a character can't get save because of the pings that collapse the vps and imposible to connect to the database to save the character, after that NO one can enter in the server... it says invalid account name and password... And the webpage says : Can't conect to mysql database.


Please really need help with this!

Its why attack port: 7172 and port 21 and have all port satured..
Problem is in Host lose conection from database, Leave everything saturated and loses internet connection computer, removed the broadband and it seems that removed the internet a time, but returns and pulls them all over again.

What happens is that when they attack they do lose the banking wide and that makes your server loses the connection to the database, it's not your fault is something that only you can fix it by stopping the attackers that give the server asks for help or a firewall to your company ... engaged in or about to deny the IP of the attacker

Make sure port 3306 is only allowed for localhost
