Why don't you use mysql ? it's quite easier to use and configure

also if you dont use website you can just delete the script from globalevents - scripts and the error would no appear any more check if the lua file is named (shop) delete and then go to globalevents.xml and delete this line

the line looks like this make sure is named shop.lua

         <globalevent name="shop" interval="20" script="shop.lua"/>
