I assume you misunderstood to Limos(best helper out there) when he told you how you could change the attack speed at vocations.xml, instead of adding.. i.e 1000 I guess you thought 3000 would be faster, don't you?

no friend, I have not changed anything in speed in weapons nor in vocations, I just traded my tfs from 0.3.6 to 0.4, I configured the GlobalEvents according to tfs 0.4, but now the attacks so super slow ...

As far as I know in TFS 0.4 timers are different than 0.3.6
Let's say, to execute a globalevent in 0.3.6 you set "60" and It will execute every 60 minutes, in 0.4 it's similar to "60000".
Try looking around your weapon files, you may find something that help you.
If not, then try using your older files. TFS 0.3.6 and 0.4 ain't that different.

@up +1, for example if you have tp effects as 1.5 in tfs 0.3.6 they are 1500 in 0.4, so just change speed to be suitable to what you had before
