Windows problem that is happening only in win 7

hey guys
I bought a new pc and it came with win 7 and when I try to open my server it shows that I'm using a wrong items.otb version and close

In my old pc (with win XP 32bits) my server was opening normally without any error but now with windows 7 it's not working...

Any1 know how to fix it?

Try to run with Administrator.

I've compile it with Stian's Repack Dev-Cpp 0.2, 64bit and after that my tfs are asking me for some dlls
I found it in "Stian's Repack Dev-Cpp 0.2, 64bit\NEW_DLL_FILES"
here is these dlls:

libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll
libgmp-3.dll
libsqlite3-0.dll

I just copied it and pasted on tfs folder... these dlls may be the reason of my problem?

	dataDirectory = "[mydirectory]"
