Windows Problem [UniServer]

I am having a little problem with UniServer I can't seem to uninstall it. It keeps saying try again but I shut down my PC and I logged it off but it don't work :s
Any tips on how to get it off?

If it doesnt work, try google "file deleter" "forced file delete"
