okay first of all sorry for my bad english, that's my fail...
let's begin
what happens is that I previously hosted a SQL server and all seems to go perfectly, but unfortunately my computer broke down due to OTserv ports, and I don't know what this mean? because they are 2 times that happened to me and I had to take to reformat my computer and i spent too mucho money = /

the problem was exactly what was happening when I turned the computer before entering the desktop is restarted and so infinitely so that you had to turn off the switch, and when I take to fix (2 times) the person who fixed it told me it that it was for the game "Tibia" and / or more specifically, through the ports, someone can tell me how to prevent it? because I really want to keep servers hosted and testing!

Second... I don't understand at all what you mean. If you want help from otland members u really need to improve ur english. Try google translate, it might be better. I MIGHT understand a little.. But.. Still seems wierd. You computer can not break down from opening ot ports.. To me it seems like you have downloaded a malware.

Your computer does NOT brake down from opening ports. If it does break down while u do that.. you are clearly opening the ports wrong. Tho.. I have no idea how u can crash ur computer by doing that...

what are the nessesary ports for tibia? only 7171? and 80 (for the web)?

If you are hosting 8.0+ you need Game port 7172 open aswell. And 80 for website (not necassery if you use in-game acc manager) And port 3306 if you use MYSQL Database server (ALOT better than SQLITE and XML)
