Problem white XAMPP, need help!

I followed the guide, but i cant find the right file to upload at:

6# Use the 'File to import' part, select forgottenserver.sql and press on 'Go'.

were can i find that file? i dont know what it is, i have tried every file=(

It should be in the distro's folder.

You have download a server right?
Just go to that folder and find the file.

ye i have, i have triend every file in the folder almost, but i cant find right file, its first time to me this^^

It may be called schema.mysql if you are using the later versions of TFS. ;- )

Here is what you do :-

If you have downloaded a server called Theforgottenserver.rar for example.

Extract the file to a folder.

Enter this folder, you know the Forgottenserver.exe runner, the runner thing that makes your server online, yes that's it! in this folder you will find a file called forgottenserver.sql

Here is a picture, this is the file you should find.

Or else you should find this file :-

After that :-

Go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin (Login to your account) -> Click on Upload -> Click "Search"

Then find one of the two files Forgottenserver.sql or else Shema.sql

After uploading one it should says files executed and you get the tables on your left side of the screen..
