and got it running but i still can't figure out where the character map is located and how to make a ''god''

You can make yourself god at phpmyadmin players and set group to "6"

Yeah, group of the player, not account group.....

if you still think TFS uses folders for storing accounts/players, you should read a mysql tutorial
