Problem with change gender

I bought sex change 2 times, 1 of the times i were online and the other offline didnt matter that i logged off the second time it still didnt changed. What should I do? /Tobbz

Well it seems its quite hard to talk to someone in game or here in the forums.
But try to ask "Nobutada" in game.
For me the best tutor in game, he'll reply to you for sure, not some like other tutors who just ignore.
But probabily he'll say that you need to send a message to [email protected].
It will take about 24 hours for them to reply.
Hopefully they will give your ponits back.

I would indeed suggest you to send an e-mail to [email protected]. This is because us Tutors can not really do anything to fix bugs (if it is indeed a bug) like these.
