Lua Problem with charges - Garlic Necklace etc.

I have set it in items.xml but dosen't wrok. When I create item:
doPlayerAddItem(cid,2199,1,66) it work and I have 66 charges, but if I do doPlayerAddItem(cid,2199,1,133) charges > 100 then it create olways necklace with 100 charges.How to resolve this?

PS. I have tfs 0.2.5, changed globals.lua and nothing, any idea?
