Windows Problem with connecting

Hi,
I have problem with connecting. I open tibia and ipchanger i try connect but i see only "Your character list is beaing loaded. Please wat." and its stoped. I have windows 7, client and ip changer from ths site. Any ideas what can i do?

Any ideas how to fix that? i also usecompatibility with win xp and admin and also didn't work. When i use compatibility ipchanger ddn't work.
