Linux Problem with copye my gesior to correct directroy var/www

HELLO!

i using winscp with mi dedicated debian linux

when i try to copy httdoc contains in apache2 var/www denied!

how install gesior acc on my apache for look directly on my domain.com of my dedicated??

phpmyadmin working
apache2 working
mysql working...

This part = you dont got priviligies i think try with chmod command ;o

yes its for priviligies!! how use chmod command for move/copy httdoc to var/www with all priviligies???

I think its chmod a+rw www/

a= all groups,users
r = read
w = write

i have all priviliages and i cant put this :S

in winscp i click in setting folders and i can look all priviliages its correctly but cant copy htdocs

Before you login

• In the Stored sessions tab, make sure that you are using SFTP instead of FTP / SCP

Next click on advanced options, Go to the Environment Tab, and click on SFTP

1. For the SFTP server, type sudo /usr/lib/sftp-server
   
2. Make the SFTP Protocol 5
   

Keep in mind that your system might be using a different path than /usr/lib/sftp

No problem, learned this from Cykotitan when I had the same problems a while ago

so you didn't have to edit /etc/sudoers with visudo to permit use of sudo without password for SFTP user? because in Ubuntu, i had to
