Problem with !createguild

Hello,

When in my OT I say !createguild (guildname), it says it creates the guild but one it does not show the guild name when I "look" at myself and I try to log in and out and still nothing, and no guild channel comes up in the channels....How do I fix this

Do you get any errors on your console when you say !createguild

I get this

What do I do?
