Problem with Data in remere 7.4 map

I am trying to have some fun making my own 7.4 map. So i loaded 7.4 client data into REM map editor but get this errors when i try to make new map. Some items have wrong values, and i dont really have a clue how to fix it. Some are missing and a big list comes up with hundreds errors lol. anybody knows solution. (tried reinstalling all)

Hi. Yes i have selected correct folder, reinstalled it many times etc. nothing helps. Making map with selecting i.e. grass tile from raw items will be pain in the ass lol :/
