Problem With Database

it wont let me edit my database accounts or characters and i dont get what the problem is anyone know what i can do ?

when you created the database you probably created a new user with it (same name) are you logged in as that user? if so you probably didnt give that user the right to edit stuff?

I'm pretty sure that the problem is that you are still using sqlite ... its 2016 please.
