Problem with deathlosses

Hi! I just downloaded TFS 0.3 beta 3 and when I run it, no error emerges but when any character dies, they arent loosing any level or skills. Ana another weird thing is that when you use an aol, the aol will just stick in its place but other equipments can be dropped when you die..

Since the server see no error I guess this is just some sort of setting I have missed out somewhere.

OBS. the server is PVP-E, something to do with it?
