TFS 1.X+ Problem with few npcs/monsters

Hello. I am using ORTS datapack and TFS 1.2 10.98.

Here is my console error, i am sure that i got these monsters inside my monsters/npc or monsters.xml.

First three NPCs are about transfering island Travora so i don't worry, but whats about A sleeping dragon and Overcharged Energy Elementals?

please send the line exactly in monsters.xml and screenshot of the monster inside the datapack and the code of the monster you will send its line in monsters.xml

still problem with npcs :/
