Solved Problem with houses - crying damson 0.3.6

I have some problems with create the houses. And i think i do all right and when i go to the door i see only ---> you see a locked door. One time i did it but i dont know how. Can you some help me maybe how can i do it manually in db? In xml it was easier than here.
