Problem with Inquisition quest

I just did the entire quest, killed all bosses including Hellgorak and entered the last room where, apparently, I need to use some vial on a magic wall in order to complete the quest. Now the problem is, I lost this vial when I died with red skull earlier. Is there anyway I can get this vial back?

It's the same vial as on the second mission, so if you do the guards part again on another character you can give the vial to your main character.

Or you can just buy one from the Inquisition npc in thais prison for 1k
