Problem with latest rev (4081)

Hello I have a problem with the latest rev (4081). The Npcs doesnt respond to anything and I receive this error msg in console:

This msg comes when I say anything when I am besides the NPC.
And also Teleports debugs the client. And theres alot of other problems.
