The problem is it fails to install if the other libs aren't installed yet.
As the installation command doesn't get installed in order, it might be some stuff is missing on your PC.

What you should do:
Code: 
1. remove libmariadb from your install command.
2. if everything is installed, write a install command but with only libmariadb.

Hi, Im trying to compile TFS 1.2 , I got everything working except that I cant install libmariadb through vcpkg. I get this error , please help. Building package libmariadb[core]:x64-windows... -- Using cached...
