Problem with logging with 10.22

Hello,
I heard that it is possible to log in with 10.22 so I wanted to try it, but when I downloaded everything and finally let it run, an error shows up. First its Error: Connection refused. (10061), when I'm trying to make it go away with click for Ok, another error's showing up: Error: Network error. (-1) and this one keep on for like 4 another clicks. I tried to download ip changer again but it didn't work. Anyone knows what's the problem?

Isn't 10061 your internet connection or thwir hosting problem?

with 10.21 I can log in normaly, there's no problem
