Problem with login to my ot

I have dedicated server
my ip: Latestnews - Forgotten is working, u can create account
but when someone try to login to ots..he cant.
i have unlocked 80,7171,7172,3306 and 8080.
when i try to login i see " Account name or password is not correct" but on acc its working.
What should i do?

Thats probably because you have sha1 on the server and plain on aac, or vice versa
So, when you make an account on the website the password will get
encrypted and look like "e3gneuj643pefce456"

in config.lua i have sha1 but where can i check what i have on acc?

it's not an encryption issue, you might have the incorrect database set in your AAC.
make sure the one you have in your config.lua (TFS) is the same database in your AAC

Windows - encryptionType = "plain"

SHA1 does not encrypt, it hashes your password and produces a 20 byte hash, stored as a string on your database.

All the AACs out there probably use SHA1 since plain is a no-no option. Your problem might be another thing (probably what @Static_ is pointing out)

in phpmyadmin: database otserv

i change in config.lua to "plain" and i create account and character
i can crate character but i still cant log in..its say no create character on accout yet
