problem with logs on my ots

my friend cant log on my ots , he has a acc but he cant log, i can log without any problems
can someone help me ??
im using TFS 0.2.4

tofik, if you even don't know what portforwarding is (it's explained in every OT setup tutorial), then you even shouldn't use a computer. sorry man but it's fact

wow, open port 7171, 7172 too. TCP and UDP. Then add them to your Firewall Exceptions
