Problem with maps

Hi i got problem with maps, i downloaded many and always the same problem server just disables.
as in the picture when the map is to load just turns off, config is good map too.
Maybe somethink with source but I tried with three and it was the same ;/

maybe you have not enough RAM? have you tried a small map?

i have old pc but not that much (8gb ram). I tried with small map nothing change.
I tried write wrong name map the same result ;/
I compiling source on x32 it can be reason?
