Problem with Modern AAC!

Hi guys! when i try to install modern AAC v.2
it says:
Website address could not be established, tried to connect to http://servername.no-ip.org/API/isValid.php if the link is valid check if this server is allowed to use local API.

i dont know how to do the api valid can anyone help me plz REP ++

Maybe it's a problem with php.ini?
