Problem with MODERN AAC

When i try to install modern acc its doesnt work it's says only :


# Website address could not be established, tried to connect to http://hellice.no-ip.org//API/isValid.php if the link is valid check if this server is allowed to use local API.

i dont know how i can fix it plz can someone help me
