Linux Problem with modern acc zaypay

Hi, yesterday I tried to install the zaypay donation system in modern acc. I had a lots of problem but now I only need to solve one thing. When I go to:
3.5 EUR for 5 point=http://----.com/?option=0 I get a 404 error.
I think that I have to enable short URL but I don't know how.

I'm using ubuntu and apache2.
