Problem with monsters and muted

Help plz, all the monsters are lagged since yesterday and I dont know why, and the players get muted really fast, they says 1 word and get muted from 1min to 500min. My server is dedicated I have unlimited bandwidth and I have just 20 players online, so I cant be the Internet conection or I dont know. Help plz players do PoI just running.

Do you put the server's priority in High?

Ok for the muted repair this in config.lua

Search this and change for this :]

maxMessageBuffer = 10
bufferMutedOnSpellFailure = "no"
