Problem with my Linux-OT

[Maxens]

I downloaded a linux server.
I changed all things i needed, but when i tried to start the Linux-OT on my Linux-gameserver the following error comes:

root@{root-ip}:/home/arc/otserv/theforgottenserver# ./theforgottenserver
-bash: ./theforgottenserver: Permission denied

After that error i tried to start the OT with Admin-Access, but the same error comes gain -.-

So what´s my problem?

PLEASE HELP ME FAST!!

Hmm, try to write sudo (command) to start it. Or run it in sudo su? Well ppl say you should NOT run it in admin.
