Problem with Object Builder, help!

Hey guys!

I've got client converter and also Object Builder.
I converted 10.98 client to 10.74 and than wanted to open it in Object Builder and I'm getting error:

Error: Unknown flag. flag=0x24, previous=0x15, category=Item, id=2025.
