problem with outfit new characters

all new character from level 8 have all outfits ( outfits quest and outfits shop ) but not have addons.

i want to they have basic outfit same real tibia.


how I can fix this problem?

Check xml/outfits.xml

Also, modify the addons value from your Samples in phpMyAdmin

NORMAL OUTFIT:

       <outfit type="1" looktype="128" name="Citizen" premium="0" unlocked="1" enabled="1" />

SHOP OUTFIT:

       <outfit type="0" looktype="759" name="Halloween" premium="0" unlocked="1" enabled="1" />

how i can configure this in phpMyAdmin?
